Waiver of Liability

This liability waiver releases Tradeless Academy, incorporated in Panama, from all legal and financial liability that may occur while using their Platform and all its services including but not limited to Tradeless Academy. By signing this waiver, I agree to hold Tradeless Academy and all its 3rd party providers entirely free from all such liability.

I understand that Trading may not be suitable for me as it carries a significant risk to my capital. I understand that trading and specifically, using Tradeless Academy, may result in me losing part or all of my capital invested. I understand that Tradeless Academy’s Platform’s past performance is not indicative of future results. Poor fill rates, expiry times, market volatility and platform errors could result in losing trades. Before deciding to purchase and participate with Tradeless Academy, I have carefully considered my investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite.

I understand that Tradeless Academy has advised me of all the above and also that trading is extremely risky, but despite this, I have chosen to participate in it and therefore I waive Tradeless Academy and all its 3rd party providers from any legal and financial liability involved.

I also waive Tradeless Academy from any legal and financial liability involved if the servers of Tradeless Academy or any other 3rd party are down for either maintenance reasons or acts of God, and this results in replication losses or missed wins, on my account. I also understand that I am not entitled to any compensation or refund due to the above. I also understand that Tradeless Academy is a working product and technical glitches, system errors, algorithmic malfunctions and replication errors either on Tradeless Academy side or any 3rd party provider Tradeless Academy uses, can still appear at random times, and as a result I may face significant financial losses or entire account wipeout. I understand these are the technical risks associated with automatic trading and cognoscente of this, I still wish to continue to participate with Tradeless Academy’s Platform. In any such aforementioned event, I waive Tradeless Academy and any of its 3rd party providers from any legal and financial liability involved.

In addition to the above, I agree to limit my trade sizes to a maximum of 100 units of any currency per trade and I also agree to maintain a professional demeanor at all times in any public chat rooms created by Tradeless Academy.

I understand that any communication and materials exchanged as part of my participation with Tradeless Academy are copyright of the parent company Tradeless Academy and confidential. I will not reproduce, forward or re-post any of this material publicly. I will also not express my views with Tradeless Academy in public forums in a manner that can bring disrepute to Tradeless Academy. I understand that if I breach this confidentiality clause, Tradeless Academy may suffer a significant loss to their intellectual property and brand and that as a result, I may be pursued in court to the full extent of the law in the jurisdiction: Panama. Finally, I understand that at any point in time, the Tradeless Academy may choose to exclude me and end my membership from Tradeless Academy, subject to a 1 week notice, and that I will accept this immediately.

I agree and by check marking and creating a Tradeless Academy account that I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Tradeless Academy and all its 3rd party providers. I will also make every effort to obey all safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
